1. Authorized Dealership
• The Luxury Watch Boutique is an authorized dealer for brands including Casio, Titan, Naviforce, Logues, Copper, Spike, and more.
• All watches sold are 100% genuine, accompanied by a manufacturer’s warranty and international warranty (where applicable).
• We do not issue shop warranties; instead, we provide direct company-backed warranty coverage.

2. Warranty Policy
• Every product purchased from us comes with a one-year official brand warranty, valid internationally.
• Warranty coverage includes (depending on brand policy):
• Watch mechanism (movement)
• Strap/bracelet (belt)
• Case color/finishing
• Battery (if specified by the brand)
• If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, the watch will either be:
• Repaired with original brand-certified parts, or
• Replaced with a new watch (as per brand’s discretion).

3. Exchange Policy (7 Days)
• Customers are entitled to a 7-day exchange policy on selected purchases.
• To avail this benefit, customers must request and obtain a 7-Day Exchange Policy Card before completing the purchase.
• Exchanges can only be made within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase by presenting the Exchange Policy Card, along with the original receipt and product packaging.
• Watches must be in unused, unworn, and resalable condition with all tags, manuals, and warranty cards intact.
• Exchanges are limited to one time only and must be for a watch of equal or higher value (price differences to be paid by the customer).
• Refunds are not provided under this policy.

4. Repairs & Services Outside Warranty
• Damages caused by accidental impact, misuse, water exposure beyond stated resistance, or mishandling are not covered under warranty.
• As an authorized dealer, we offer genuine replacement parts (straps, glass, batteries, etc.) and professional repair services at customer cost.
• All repairs are performed with original brand materials to ensure quality and authenticity.

5. Returns & Exchanges for Defective Products
• Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects as confirmed by the brand’s service policy.
• Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and purchase receipts.
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

6. Customer Responsibility
• Warranty and exchange claims require the original purchase receipt and relevant policy card(s).
• Any unauthorized repairs or alterations outside official service centers will void the warranty.
• Customers are responsible for safe handling and usage of the watch in accordance with the brand’s guidelines.

7. Pricing & Payments
• All prices displayed on our website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to update prices, offers, or promotions at any time without prior notice.

• The Luxury Watch Boutique shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased.
